02 · Trust

Split by trust, not by format.

A trusted system’s own rows land with provenance and reversibility. Anything unstructured stages through review before it can become truth. That is why the brain can absorb a messaging thread and a ledger export on the same day without one contaminating the other.

Every site feeds one brain.

A site, a depot, a head office, a second country: wherever a system runs, it feeds the same brain, and a broken feed never holds another up. One model of the business, fed from everywhere the business lives.

04 · Ways in

How it arrives.

Feeds from your systems, one-off loads of archives and documents, files loaded into the brain, and connections built to fit the systems you run. However it arrives, every row lands with where it came from and when, and nothing is overwritten. Adding a new source is small: everything behind it is already built.
