Where your business keeps itself.

No digitisation project first. A brain is only as complete as the places it can reach, so reaching the awkward ones is the work.

01 · The sources

Every place, one model.

Business systemsERP, CRM, finance, inventory, HR: the databases that run the company, landed on a schedule with every column mapped. Two systems can merge into one queryable concept.
Spreadsheets and working filesThe shadow systems the operation actually runs on. Same route, or handed over directly.
Documents and recordsContracts, reports, procedures, policies. Text extraction plus a vision pass for what the text layer misses.
Archives and paperThe filing room, scanned and read. Bulk digitisation is something we do with you.
People and what they knowInterviews recorded, transcribed and linked to the entities they mention. And anyone can type what they know against a gap the brain has surfaced.
ConversationsEmail, chat, messaging, calls and voice notes. Staged through review rather than trusted directly.
Outside sourcesWhen the brain lacks context it proposes to go and find it. Findings return cited, dated, and held apart from your own truth.
Operational signalsComing soonSensors, machines, meters, GPS feeds: the operation itself, streaming into the same model.
VisualComing soonCameras on lines, yards and sites, read into the model on their own lane.

02 · Trust

Split by trust, not by format.

A trusted system’s own rows land deterministically, with provenance and reversibility. Anything unstructured stages through review before it can become truth. That is why the brain can absorb a messaging thread and a ledger export on the same day without one contaminating the other.

03 · Where it runs

Extraction goes to the data.

The brain is one deployment. Extraction is as many as you need: a factory, a depot, a country. Raw documents, archives and feeds are read where they sit, by local models where sensitivity demands it, and only the distilled record travels. Your archives never cross a border. Nothing heavy ever moves.

Each site holds its own credential and can do one thing only: deliver records to the brain. One model of the business, fed from everywhere the business lives.

04 · Transport

How it arrives.

Scheduled dropExtracts pushed to a private location on your side, picked up daily. Every source keeps its own position, so one broken feed never holds another hostage.
Direct uploadA person hands the brain a file.
API and webhookPolling a source system, or the source pushing to us.
EmailAttachments arriving at an address, carried on its own trust model.

A new connector is a new door into a proven pipeline. The landing, resolution and projection behind it are already built and already running daily.
