What we collect, and what we never do.

Who we are

Kadura is registered in the United Kingdom. This policy covers kadura.ai and the private pages we prepare for companies we are in conversation with.

What the public site collects

Nothing, unless you write to us. The contact form sends your name, company, email address and message to us as an email, and that email is the only copy. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers on the public site.

Private pages

When we are in conversation with a company we may send a link to a private page prepared for it. Those pages use first-party analytics so that we know whether what we sent was read. We record when a page was opened, how long it was on screen, how far down it was read, whether a document was downloaded, and whether a button was pressed.

To tell one reader from another we set a cookie holding a random identifier, kept for one year. We keep a hash of your IP address, computed with a secret we hold, and a hash of your browser's user-agent string. We never store your IP address itself. Opening a document on a private page asks for an email address once; we store it so that we know who has read what, and we do not use it for anything else.

This information is used only to run the conversation we are already having with your company. It is never sold, never shared with anyone outside Kadura, and never used for advertising. No third-party script runs on a private page.

Cookies

Two, both first party and both only on private pages: room_sid, the random reader identifier, and room_reader, which remembers that you have given an email address. Neither is used on the public site. You can delete them in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

Contact emails for as long as the conversation is live, and then in our normal email archive. Private page records for twenty-four months from the last activity on that page, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do so. Write to contact@kadura.ai. If you are in the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
